Artificial enhancements of photos

Rent Like A Champion encourages professional photos of a home to really make a listing pop! When this isn't possible, taking photos of each room in your home on a smartphone camera still works well. Please be sure that the room is tidy, the camera angle is in landscape orientation, and there is good natural lighting (that is, avoid taking photos at night!).

Past that, we understand the desire to use AI, ChatGPT, or other services to lightly edit an image to look brighter, sharper, ec. However, any editing that adds or otherwise falsely enhances elements of a home is in violation of policy, and could lead to reduced rental proceeds if an occupant reports misleading photos. Surprises to a guest at check-in rarely go over well.

Should you artificially enhance any photo on your listing, it is required to note this in the caption and/or description of your listing. We appreciate your understanding.
