When am I paid?

Payment for renting your home is processed 48 hours after a guest's check-out. Payment is deposited the following business day. For example, if your guests check-out on Tuesday your payment will arrive on Friday of that same week.  Please note, you have 48 hours after check-out to report any incidentals. If there is an incidental claim, your proceeds may be delayed as they are tied to the release of the renter's damage deposit.

When you create your listing you will need to input your banking information so we have this on file to process your proceeds after the rental period ends. You can add your bank account information under the Payment Info tab of your listing profile. 

To navigate, My Profile > Your Properties > Edit Listing > Payment Info
