I just had a rental and there is damage? What do I do?
If you've experienced damage of any kind during your rental, first and foremost, we are very sorry. RLAC takes damage reports very seriously and we're here to help you.
While we know the first instinct may be to clean or try to fix the issue, please take as many photos as you can. Photos are very important to initiate the mediation process. Once you have your photos, please email email@example.com with a description of the damages and your photos. At this time, RLAC will freeze the renter's damage deposit and begin the mediation process.
Please note, RLAC maintains the damage deposit hold on the renter’s credit card for 48 hours after check-out. It is very important you contact RLAC within this window if there is damage to be reported.
