What do I do if I come home to something damaged?
While damage to a home is rare, accidents happen.
Homeowners have up to 48 hours after check-out to report any incidentals. Please note, this is when we release the damage deposit from the renter's credit card. If any incidentals are to be reported, please contact RLAC within this time frame with photos and description of the damage. Details of the incidental should be emailed to email@example.com.
Once notified of damage to your home or personal belongings, a member of our team will work with you to determine the costs associated with repairing or replacing the item. This amount will be charged to the renter damage deposit.
Please note, there is no service fee assessed for any additional payment required due to damage.
