What if maintenance needs to happen over the rental?

Rent Like A Champion does not provide cleaning or handyman services before, during, or after the rental period. If an issue arises during the rental period, we recommend the renter reach out to the host first. As a homeowner, please make sure you are available by phone or email during the rental. 

If the renter is unable to contact the host and Rent Like A Champion is required to schedule an emergency visit due to a maintenance issue, lockout not at the fault of the Occupant, or for any other reason, the host is responsible for a $50 fee per visit, plus any repair costs or other fees associated with the visit payable out of the Homeowner’s proceeds.
