How do I know when my home is booked?

When your home is instantly booked for one of our events (e.g., a college football weekend), RLAC sends out an email notification with the details of the rental. A follow up automated phone call is also placed to the primary number on your account within one business day. 

You are also able to view all your bookings along with other useful information within your RLAC user account under the Future Rentals tab. To navigate, My Profile > Future Rentals

Please note, if a renter attempts to book your home less than 7 days before check-in, we will contact you first before confirming the rental. For longer rentals, such as PGA events, you are contacted prior to a booking being processed.
