What is expected of me as a renter?
Just as homeowners are expected to provide a clean environment for renters, renters are also expected to leave the home in the condition they found the property. Outside of used linens and towels, there should be no excessive clean-up for a homeowner. Please be sure to take out all trash and recycling ahead of check-out, and place any used dishes in the dishwasher.
If you have questions about how to best check-out of the home, please be sure to ask the homeowner ahead of time so there is no confusion!
