What amenities do I provide?

Hosts are required to clean the entire home, make each bed with clean linens and provide towels for the number of people the home accommodates. Above all else, the home should be cleaned to hotel-quality standards. That is the feature guests expect and appreciate the most.

Feel free to review this handy checklist as you prep your home for guests -

RLAC encourages homeowners to provide sheets and towels separate from what is used daily. Basic white or grey linens and towels can go a long way to make a guest feel comfortable.

Providing more amenities such as shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, paper towels, etc are a nice touch. Some hosts go so far as to leave a baked good, a beverage, or a guide to the area for the guest's enjoyment. Feel free to do as much as you’d like, but remember, nice touches make the guests want to come back and pay for your home again!
