How do renters review my home?

We know reviews go a long way in making your listing shine for future renters and we do everything we can to encourage guests to leave a review. 

Approximately 2 days after check-out, RLAC will send an email to your most recent guest requesting they rate your home on a scale of one to five (with 5 being the best) and include some comments. Any submitted reviews are then uploaded to your listing!

Additionally, RLAC recommends leaving out the attached PDF, which includes one page where guests can handwrite their reviews. If a review is completed, please email a photo of the review to and we'd be glad to upload it on your behalf.
