My renters want to cancel
Oh no! The renter cancellation policy is as follows: If a contract is terminated at least 60 days in advance of the reservation date, you are eligible to receive a 50% refund. Reservations canceled within 60 days of the reservation date are non-refundable.
With this said, we will place your home back as available for that particular weekend and if it is rebooked by another party, the original renter will receive a full refund, and you will still have a rental for the specific event. Please email email@example.com once you learn of a renter's intentions to cancel.
Please note that RLAC will always refund our fees to a customer, should they need to cancel. If you, the host, are willing to be flexible on the cancellation policy, we can offer the guest a more lenient refund.
