What is included in pricing?

The price you see on each rental page is set by the homeowner for the entirety of the rental period. Each rental has a 9% service fee added at the time of booking. There are no other fees added.

Note, 3 days prior to your check-in, a $1,000 damage deposit hold is placed on the credit card on file.
