I have a rental I need to cancel. What do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that you need to cancel your reservation. We recommend reaching out to the homeowner to explain why you need to cancel your booking. Some homeowners may be willing to be flexible with the standard cancellation policy, copied below. 

If a contract is terminated at least 60 days in advance of the reservation date, you are eligible to receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled within 60 days of the reservation date are non-refundable. 

Once you’ve notified the homeowner, please contact Rent Like A Champion at info@rentlikeachampion.com and we will immediately place the home back as available for the specific event. If rebooked by another group, you will be refunded in full.
