Who are the renters?

Renters booking through Rent Like A Champion tend to be 35-55 years old and are usually alumni or a multi-generational family. We focus our marketing efforts on this demographic, which has proven successful.

Additionally, renters coming through RLAC are responsible, due in large part to the fact that payment is due in full at the time of booking. This requires a group to be committed and settled.

Anytime your home is rented you receive a confirmation email with the renter’s name, email, and phone number. We strongly encourage renter-owner communication leading up to check-in, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to them to get a better idea of the group make-up and what brings them to town! Communicating your house rules ahead of time is also important - it's always best to make sure the renter knows what to expect upon check-in.
