Can I stay in the home?
Rent Like A Champion requires all hosts to vacate the property for the entire duration of a rental. Exceptions to this are basement apartments or guest homes which have a separate entrance for the renter. In those cases, it is perfectly OK for the homeowner to remain in the main portion of the home during the rental weekend, as long as it is very clear on the listing that is the layout of the space.
