Can I stay in the home?
Rent Like A Champion requires all hosts to vacate the property for the entire duration of a rental. Exceptions to this are basement apartments or guest homes which have a separate entrance. In those cases, it is perfectly OK for the homeowner to remain in a portion of the home during the rental weekend, as long as it is very clear on the listing that they will be there.
