What does event pricing mean? Do I price per night?

As an event-focused platform, all pricing for pre-determined events should be inclusive of the entire stay, not per night. If you have any extra fees (e.g., cleaning fee) please be sure to include this in your total event rate.

You will add a nightly rate to your listing if you'd like to show up as an available option for custom events (weddings, golf outings, etc.). To add this rate, please 

• Visit the Availability tab of your profile. 
• Choose the Nightly base price field

When you receive offers for custom events you will have the option to accept or decline.
