What price should I list for my property?

We encourage you to price your home at a rate you’re comfortable with. Rent Like A Champion is happy to offer recommendations once we see photos and the details of your property.

Pricing is largely determined by your home’s distance to the event, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and other added amenities (updated kitchen, pool/hot tub, equal bedrooms to bathrooms ratio, etc).

We may remove homes from the site that are priced significantly above our recommendation, as this can lead to price gouging and decrease the chance that other homeowners on our site will be booked.
